Our Guarantee

Every order is important to us because we know how important it is to you. Hence, we earnestly endeavor to please every customer with beautiful flowers and accommodating service. Knowing that flowers are a perishable natural product and that floral arrangements and floral gifts are handmade, we make every effort to fortify our floral products and ensure the quality, accuracy and beauty of our work. Many variables determine whether a flower will last as long as anticipated or whether a designer has created something which you will enjoy. Because we constantly seek ways to bring some of these variables under our control for improved floral performance, we welcome your comments and inquiries. Also, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of one of our products, then please contact us immediately and we will promptly take the appropriate action.

Subscription Policy

A minimum of 4 orders will be processed during your subscription period. The card you check out with will be charged the week of each delivery. You are locked into the subscription length and frequency you choose for a minimum of 4 orders. You can call us to edit your billing details, time preference, delivery address, card message, or recipient name at any point in time. Additional delivery charges may apply if the new address is farther away from Wild Things than the original. If you use a discount code, it will only apply to your first arrangement in the subscription. By submitting your order you agree to the terms above.

Workshop Policy

If you're signing up for a workshop please note that Wild Things has a strict no refund, no credit policy. If you are unable to attend one of our classes, you are welcome to sell your spot to someone else, or find a lucky friend to go in your stead. Just send us an e-mail letting us know so that we know who to expect in your place. There will be no refunds or credits given for late cancellations or no shows.

Delivery Policy

Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within four hours on orders. You may request morning or afternoon delivery in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If No One is Home: Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the flowers in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor.

Recipient May be Contacted: In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery.

Request to Leave Item at Door: The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.

Delivery Questions
How much do I have to spend for delivery?

$55 is our minimum spend, but you can have anything from us delivered – a bouquet, a plant, cut flowers, a gift…

What is your local delivery range?

We deliver up to 30 miles away from the shop. Our delivery fees range by mileage from the store as follows:
1 to 6 miles - $10
6.01 to 9 miles - $16
9.1 to 14 miles - $22
14.1 to 16 miles - $28
16.1 to 22 miles - $35
22.1 to 30 miles - $50

What if the recipient isn’t in to receive their flowers?

For local deliveries, our drivers will first look for a safe, covered space to leave the bouquet. If that isn’t an option, they try a neighbor. Lastly, they will call the recipient.

What time will my delivery arrive?

We deliver between 10am & 4pm locally. However, sometimes during busier periods i,e. Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and Christmas there is a chance we will deliver before or after this. However, most deliveries arrive by 4pm.

Do you deliver 7 days a week?

We deliver Tuesday – Saturday locally when we have the freshest blooms available.

Can I turn my delivery into a subscription?
  • Yes, we can deliver weekly, biweekly, or monthly if you want flowers to brighten up your home or office.

Flower Questions
Are your bouquets always exactly as they look in the pictures?

Because we always want our flowers to be as fresh as possible, we create our designs in your ordered color palette but with the very best flowers available that day. This means they will look slightly different to the pictures.

What if something is wrong with my flowers?

We sincerely do our best to ensure that every arrangement is perfect, but due to the nature of working with fresh florals we know that imperfections are inevitable. Get in touch with us and email a photo to of the issue and we will take it from there.

How do I care for my flowers?

To help your flowers live their best life, we recommend placing your vase at least three feet from any sunny window and away from any obvious heat sources (like a radiator). Bacteria build up is natural (and unavoidable) as the stems age. Change the water daily (or as often as you can remember) so your blooms are always getting fresh water. Trimming the stems at the same time as your water change will also ensure they're hydrating efficiently. Different flowers will bloom and begin to wilt at different times - removing any less-than-desirable-looking flowers will help keep their vase mates looking fresher longer!

How long will the flowers last?

Fresh cut flowers will last at least 3 days and can live up to two weeks if properly cared for. See the previous question for tips on how to better preserve your blooms.
