Timed Delivery Policy

Timed deliveries, including funerals, must be arranged directly with the shop and confirmed by phone. An additional fee applies to all timed deliveries.
Timed delivery requests cannot be scheduled through the website or order notes alone. Orders requesting a specific delivery time without prior confirmation will be delivered within our standard delivery window.

Anonymous Order Policy

At Wild Things, care and safety matter to us. For that reason, we’re unable to fulfill anonymous flower orders.
All orders must include the sender’s name and contact information for our records. Your name does not have to appear on the card unless you’d like it to, but will be shared with the recipient upon request. 
Orders placed without sender information may be canceled.

Refunds & Satisfaction Policy

At Wild Things, we take pride in our work and want you to love what you receive. If there’s a concern with your order, your must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos so we can review it promptly.
Because flowers are perishable, refunds or replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis. Approved issues may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Add-On Items Policy

Add-on items such as candles, chocolates, cards, or other gifts are subject to availability and may be substituted with a similar item of equal value if needed.
Complimentary or promotional items are included while supplies last and have no cash value.

Recipient Refusal Policy

If a recipient declines or refuses delivery, the order is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund.
We appreciate your understanding, as flowers are perishable and prepared specifically for each order.
